Straight out of no where

I have started a new trend with myself – not to say 'now I have heard everything' largely because of hearing/seeing something even more unexplainable then the previous event.

The above statement is from 'Notice of Understanding and Intent And Claim of Right' when I got to the company number, I thought, lets google that shall we. My. What a surprise. The Republic of South Africa registered as a company. Since I have a ID documentation does that mean that I am part of the 'stock?'
