Land for everyone

The question who owns (or does not own) land in South Africa has reached proportions that are silly. On one hand we have the galaxy's only living brain donor convincing the uneducated masses that the whites are 'settlers' and have 'stolen' the land. (At the same time being quiet that the said uneducated masses are also 'settlers') Our brain donor (I believe) is directly behind the farm killings and the genocide against black foreigners. But I digress.

I don't own land. Why? Because I can't afford to buy it. That was easy wasn't it? We do live in a monetary system. But no. The uneducated masses, dispute all education, rejects this.

Not that long ago when Jan arrived he found that the uneducated masses would move from place to place with their livestock. If there was no food, they would move on. The typical male would sit in front of his hut and drink beer, while the woman would do all the work. After Jan purchased livestock from the community for example, imagine his horror when the community come back and stole the livestock a few days later.

Clearly this is an on-going problem.

One would have thought that after almost four hundred years that they would have grasped the concept of 'money' and 'ownership.'

So what would the solution be?

Being a black man is a nice place to be. You get to pick and chose what you want in your 'culture.' You can claim that your being oppressed and get free land (that is taken from someone else.) You can move into the home, which quickly crumbles (upkeep? What's that?)

We can't turn the clock back. We can't undo what we've done.

To paint the picture differently. Let's say (for the sake of discussion) that no-one entered Africa at all. No Arabs, no whites etc. The obvious question would be 'where would the local population be on the scale of things?' Would they be in the stone age? Or do you think they would be putting people on the moon?

Ever heard of the cargo cult? The natives of the island of Tanna in Vanuatu were in the stone age when solders from the USA landed to fight against the Japanese. John Frum is their 'god.'

Versions of the cult that emphasize the American influence interpret 'John Frum' as a corruption of 'John from (America)' (although it could be John from anywhere), and credit the presence of black Americans as influencing the idea that John Frum could be black. I wonder if the same would happen in the picture we have painted? Would the uneducated masses still be in the stone-age? Or would they have wiped each other out? Shaka was responsible for about 2 million people (the great scattering.)

In 1854 another section of land between the Buffels and Pongola Rivers now Utrecht, was bought from the Panda and a year later they bought another section of land from Omswaas north of the Pongola River. And with this, the question of how we, the “Despicable Dutchmen”, took ownership of our land is answered”. The ANC wants to steal the land. That is their goal.
